Providing sanctuary and seclusion with mesmerising views, this remarkable rental is Idyllically positioned for visitors to savour all the attractions and rugged natural beauty of Ireland's West Coast.

Accommodation:

The open-plan extension is filled with natural light and designed to 'bring the outside in' with seascape views that surround you.

A spacious dining area with large table to seat 8 invites you to dine with the sea as your dramatic backdrop.

Wall-to-wall sliding doors open on to your own cliff top patio with patio furniture and gas barbeque. Dine al fresco to the sound of the waves below or breakfast as you relax and watch life out on the water.

Relax and revive in your comfortable living area with restful, wood-burning stove.

The kitchen is modern, streamlined and fully-equipped with gas/electric range cooker, larder fridge, dishwasher, freezer and microwave.

A utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large hot press.

Toilet and Shower Room with both electric and mains shower units and a large Belfast sink.

The original cottage now accommodates 4 bedrooms, all individually styled with a mix of contemporary and antique furnishing. 7 People can be comfortably accommodated by:

1 Double Bedroom with en-suite and panoramic sea views

1 Twin Bedroom with en-suite and breathtaking sea view

1 Twin Bedroom* with view over Kilkee Pier and Beach

1 Single Bedroom*

*Served by adjacent main toilet and shower room
Note: the cottage does not include a bath.

•Outside cold shower to rinse-off after your salt water swim.
•Under-floor heating throughout as well as heated towel radiators and a high-performance, easy to light wood-burning stove.
•A naturally-seeded lawn area with native grass and wild flowers.
•Roadside parking for 2 cars.

There is a final cleaning fee of €100 applied to this property.
A refundable damage deposit of €500 also applies.

Booked the cottage for a birthday celebration. It was perfect! It's extremely well equipped and has the most amazing Atlantic Ocean views. A true coastal paradise....

Had a three night stay here with the girls. Wow! the views are truly beautiful. We had a wonderful time. The house is very tastefully decorated throughout. Some excellent restaurants nearby too. Will definitely return.

Mary’s house was a little piece of heaven on earth. The views are breathtaking, the space is bright and warm. The accommodation is 5 star and spotless. Mary went out of her way to ensure we had a very comfortable stay with a very well stocked fridge, fresh flowers, chocolate and wine on our arrival. Thank you so much Mary. This is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The house is stunning and the views of the Atlantic are spectacular. The interiors are beautiful and all the furniture, fixtures and fittings have been chosen with great care and attention. We couldn't believe how fortunate we were to experience such a lovely place. The house is a triumph - a true Grand Design. Mary warmly welcomed us into the house and went through all the info on how things worked and gave us lots of great recommendations on nearby restaurants/cafes and pubs and places of interest to visit. We had a great few days in Kilkee and enjoyed every minute in Cliff Cottage. We can't wait to go back!
