Luxury country accommodation set on a small working farm outside the village of Kilcock, County Kildare, just 35 minutes from Dublin Airport and well connected to Dublin city centre by train and bus services.

The location is ideal: not too far from the city and yet close to world-class golf clubs, race-courses, historic sites, great houses, peat bogs, woodland and canals and only a short distance from spectacular mountain scenery.

This unique venue is available for entertaining your most important clients and contacts, and for staging meetings and small conferences but is also ideal for short/long term exclusive hire.

Originally an entirely wooden structure, the Barn has been converted into a spacious and luxurious country house using some of the original timbers as features.

The bright hallway leads into the comfortable sitting room with its big welcoming fire-place, and there are French doors that open onto the patio area. This is a great sun-trap all year round and, from here you can wander through the herb and vegetable garden. The Long Table in the dining area encourages conversation and debate, and there are six bedrooms, all en-suite. Each bedroom is named after one of our beloved ponies, and, just like them, each has its own very individual character.

The building bears witness to its owners' love of everything natural and organic. The farm animals will greet you in the morning and the bright, airy rooms and welcoming ambiance will ensure your stay is comfortable and cosy.

All materials, from stonework to wooden beams, have been sourced from local suppliers and have been hand-crafted and put in place by local craftsmen.

A restaurant recommended by “Taste of Ireland", proximity to a wide range of golf courses and historic sites and easy access to the buzz of Ireland's capital city make it the perfect getaway location.
