'Managhmore' cottage (sleeps 5/6) is located on the outskirts of the historic Walled City of Derry at Drumahoe and is 5-10mins from City Centre. Professionally designed, this accommodation will appeal to Corporate Clients & Vacation visitors.

The scenic location overlooks the River Faughan valley, famous for salmon fishing and is ideally situated adjacent to Derry~Londonderry, including the University of Ulster (Magee Campus), Altnagelvin Hospital, Millennium Forum, Waterside Theatre, Ebrington Square, Peace Bridge,City of Derry Airport and many commercial companies.

There are several good wine bars and restaurants locally and in Derry City. Drumahoe is also located seven miles from the City of Derry Airport.

Excellent!
Everything was perfect. 10 minutes from the downtown area so the location is great. Very quiet location with views of the farms in the valley. The cottage is very clean and modern. The host is charming and very helpful. I highly recommend.

“Just Perfect”

Stayed at Gortree Cottage along with our visiting Australian cousins. Absolutely perfect met all our needs. Cosy, warm, comfortable, extensive welcome pack, laundry facilities, (greatly appreciated by our Aus travellers), wifi, Sky TV and much much more.

“First-class accommodation in a wonderful setting”

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Managhmore cottage and I cannot recommend it highly enough. It is furnished to a very high standard, is spotlessly clean and has the most wonderful views over the countryside.
We have stayed at a number of holiday rentals with our 3 young children but what sets this one apart is the owner's attention to detail. The cottage is equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and the very thoughtful welcome pack means you dont have to immediately rush out to the shops. It makes a very nice change from some of the more hard-nosed commercial approaches to holiday rentals we have experienced where even the most basic items e.g. salt and pepper, washing up liquid etc, are not provided.
The location is superb and allows easy access to all that the city has to offer. We will definitely return to enjoy those spectacular views!
