Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen. Utility. Dining room (seats 12). Sitting room with woodburner. Snug. Sun room.

Area
The village of Cononley rests in Airedale. There are two pubs, a Post Office/village store, a Chinese take-away and a mainline railway station with links to Leeds and the Settle to Carlisle Railway line. Nearby Skipton, known as "The Gateway to the Dales", boasts an ancient castle, an old parish church and a colourful market. Enjoy a canal trip or visit Embsay Steam Railway or the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway.
