Characterised by its stone buildings and cobbled side streets, this lovely town has a remarkable 200 listed buildings. Coed Y Brenin mountain biking centre is easily accessible for cyclists and no trip to the area would be complete without climbing the imposing nearby mountain of Cader Idris.  Ideal base for walkers
