Bedrooms
There are two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony for two facing the rear of the building, ceiling fan, plenty of storage space, parquet floors and a 22" flat screen TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a double bed and a floor fan for the summer.

Bathrooms
The bathroom has a shower cubicle a vanity sink and a separate WC.

Living Area
The open plan living area has original parquet floors, a three seater white leather sofa and armchair plus you can relax and be entertained with the 37" flatscreen TV, DVD player and internet. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool in summer and the patio doors lead you out onto the seafront facing balcony so you can benefit from a cool Mediterranean breeze. The balcony is a good size and has a sun lounger and table for four people.

Kitchen
The kitchen is open plan and is a social place to enjoy preparing meals. It has a breakfast bar, a good range of cooking equipment, an electric hob, combination oven/ grill, small fridge/freezer, microwave, washing/drying machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

Dining Area
You could not wish for a better place to eat out as the large balcony has unbeatable sea views with a table seating four people. The breakfast bar seats three. The coffee table cleverly converts into a four seater dining table with foldable chairs.
