Facilities include, welcome pack, consisting of, a bottle of wine, milk, home made bread, butter,chocolate nibbles, biscuits, coffee. Washing powder/liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc...

Washing machine/dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave,iron/ ironing board, TV, DVD player, CD/Ipod station, hairdryer, linen and towels provided, garden furniture; travel cot and high chair available on request.

Consists of bathroom fitted with spa bath and shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom with extra bed for a child.

Ground floor Lower:
Ensuite master bedroom fitted with free standing bath and shower with wet area, from here you can walk out onto a patio area to read, chill and pick up some golf tips.

Golf course is located very conveniently to the rear of the property. Rib boat rides, or fishing trips can be organised, also sailing school offers lessons during the summer months. Ardclinis Activity Centre offers outdoor pursuits.
