A luxury two bedroomed, two-storey, modern penthouse apartment with stunning sea views, located in Dún Laoghaire just 11 km from Dublin's city centre, to which it is easily connected through efficient Dart (rapid train) and bus services.

Featuring charming Victorian and Venetian-style architecture, Dun Laoghaire is a renowned coastal town with spectacular rolling hills, a beautiful harbour and the largest marina in Ireland.

Great also for dining out and shopping and as a base for exploring the neighboring seaside villages of Dublin's south-side either by car or public transport.

The home has high-speed wireless Internet and excellent Satellite Television with over 70 TV channels.

The Entrance Hall has a small bathroom and stairs to upper level.

The Living/Dining Room has been tastefully decorated with contemporary furniture and features floor-to-ceiling windows opening to a large balcony, furnished with table and chairs, to sit and admire the unmatched views of the charming town and the sea.

The apartment was great! It was spacious and clean and provided all of the essentials and more (even a backpack for my husband to use while we were out and about). The view was great and we really enjoyed our stay in Dun Laoghaire. David Met us upon arrival (they were able to accommodate an earlier check in) and provided us with a walk through the apartment. we even got a high chair and crib for our son to use at no extra cost. We used the DART to get around and it was so easy. There’s also a bus that takes you to and from the airport (703). Our only complaint is that it’s a little hot. But there were plenty of windows and doors to open so it worked out fine.
