7 Water's Edge is a romantic lodge located in Lanreath, Cornwall. Internally, there is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC and a twin bedroom. There is also a separate shower room and WC. Outside has a private terrace area, complete with a hut tub and a table and chairs. Off road parking is available for one car. EV charging point. 7 Water's Edge is the ideal secluded property for a romantic holiday. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: One king-size double bedroom with TV with en-suite shower, basin and WC and one twin bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

Area
Lanreath is a village in South East Cornwall, five miles West of Looe. Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port and hence there is always a lively maritime bustle around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe.

Region
Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
