Accommodation
The stately dining room, with its marble surrounding the open fireplace and shimmering chandelier, is a fabulous location to host a celebrity dinner or enjoy a home-cooked meal after another glorious day touring County Kerry and County Cork.

Next to the dining room is the fully equipped professional kitchen with its self-contained dining area. Adjacent to the large kitchen is a laundry/utility room providing guests with all the valuable services they might require. Finally, an enclosed glass-walled sunroom between the kitchen and the terrace is the best place, regardless of the weather, to quietly soak up the magical beauty of the Kerry countryside.

Two of the bedrooms (with ensuite facilities) are readily accessible on the ground floor. At the same time, the remaining bedrooms (also with their own ensuites) are located up an easily navigable staircase on the first floor.

The functionality and layout of the house ensure guests enjoy a comfortable vacation.

Our stay in this 5'star house exceeded our expectations. From booking the accommodation, easy to communicate with to help our preparation ahead of the trip. On arrival, we were impressed with the house and its amenities. Its well equipped to handle big groups and its very family friendly. Our trip to Kerry couldn’t been as good as it was hadn’t we stayed here. We loved our time there and wished we could’ve stayed longer! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Killarney!

We spent a glorious week at this beautiful house in July 2022. Our extended, multi generation family of twelve adults and five kids had the perfect base for exploring all county Kerry has to offer. Although it's listed as a six bedroom home, the two family suites were perfect for our families with kids. We loved that there were two living rooms, so there was quiet space for reading or movie watching and space for group gatherings. We got great weather and made full use of the beautiful gardens!

Una was very helpful and left us in peace for the duration of our stay. We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. It is only a few minutes drive to everything Killarney has to offer. It's ideal for a few families holidaying together. Would definitely return.

We are just back from staying a week in this magnificent house, although we were a large family group the house never felt crowded. We always had enough space to relax and enjoy our surroundings. The house was spotless clean and finished to a very high standard. The garden and decking area was also very nice and the kids enjoyed petting & feeding the animals in the field behind. Perfect location for exploring all of Kerry. Thanks Una

Our family of 13 had an amazing week here. The house is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute drive to the town centre and Killarney National Park. From the moment we arrived we felt at complete ease! The house was absolutely spotless with hand sanitation stations in place at the front and back door. On our arrival, Una was at the house to greet us and was extremely accommodating and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected and it was no problem checking in! It is an absolutely stunning house, very, spacious and perfect for large groups. It has a beautiful outdoor decking area with loads of room for parking. This is definitely a home away from home. We could not recommend it enough! Una, is a pleasure to deal with and maintains the house to a very high standard. It is definitely five star. Would highly recommend you stay here! Thanks again Una and hopefully we will be seeing you soon!

We chose this wonderful house for a big family celebration, and had a really great time. The house amply and very comfortably accommodated our large family group but would also be suitable for smaller groups. The house is furnished and decorated to a very high standard with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The property is conveniently located close to Killarney town, with some amazing views of the lakes nearby. Una, our host was very helpful and responsive and gave us some great tips to make the most of our stay. I would highly recommend this property to someone planning a trip to beautiful Kerry, a stunning part of Ireland.
