From our arrival and the genuine friendliness of the staff to our leaving we were treated to fantastic accomodation staying in a junior suite we had our every need anticipated from the free soft drinks and coffee etc to coming back to our room in the evening and finding our bed turned down and a spray for your pillows to aid a restful sleep, they really had thought of everything to make this a wonderful stay. Walked around the gardens and then into Seaham on Sunday morning enjoying coffee at the harbour and a good walk back to the hall, to use the spa in the afternoon complete and total relaxation. The spa is a jewel with outdoor hot tubs and indoor pools and spa pools with sauna etc next to the pool, cannot recommend this hotel and spa enough. The staff are a credit to the hotel with their care and warmth towards each guest. Look forward to our return.

“Surpassed All Expectations!”

What can I say about this hotel. The experience, the service, the suite, the technology, the staff, the attentive "nothing is any trouble" approach, is just absolutely exceptional. Every single member of staff made our girlie weekend feel like we were royalty. This hotel is far superior to those noted in the "Leading Hotels of The World". We cannot wait to return for maybe a longer stay. Definitely book a suite and we ate a delightful meal at ~byrons restaurant. Thank you Seaham Hall Hotel and Staff :-)))
