“Nice stay”

Stayed for 1 night, room was very nice but could have benefited from some better branded coffee and tea. Drinks in opus bar were expensive but nice, don't mind paying more when you get good service. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing, whilst the service was spot on the buffet style cooked breakfast wasn't very warm and there wasn't much cereal choice.
This was our 2nd stay here and would def return.

“Good hotel quality staff”

A great hotel with great staff. They always look after you and the facilities are always clean. The food is if a good standard for a hotel. Pool is a little small but bigger than most in Manchester. There is a reason man city stay here !

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. Went on an overnight trip to Manchester with friends.We arrived early the rooms were ready all though we did not expect them to be at that time. Beautiful hotel, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful, lovely room, gorgeous bathroom. Opus really good, lovely atmosphere, would definitely recommend.
