“Excellent service”

I really enjoy staying at the Carlton tower it really is a treat. The staff are so helpful and polite in particular the rib room staff they just can't do enough for you. The pool area is quite unique and the steam room always smells so good I end up staying in there too long! If you are on room only basis I would 100% recommend the full English breakfast in the rib room which includes the buffet... because I promise as you sit there something will catch your eye and take your fancy! All delicious!

what a great hotel, excellent value for money, superb service, bar & dining room must try the RIB room, best roast beef in London even has a little MINI you can use to drive around if desired nothing is to much trouble for the staff great central location, just around the corner from Harrodds

“Amazing”

We stayed for my partners 30th birthday I phoned a few days before to tell them. On arrival they upgraded our room free of charge to a suit and in the room there was a personalised cake and a bottle of champagne in an ice bucket. The hotel its self is in a great location and the door men are second to none. I will defiantly be coming again see you soon guys.

This must be one of the best business hotels in UK. Leisure faculties and restaurants are also excellent! Compliments to managements from a real fan!
