“Fantastic Service”

As a Platinum elite member I travel often and have high hopes for the places I stay. This JW met those expectations. The hotel has an excellent location right on Hyde Park and close to the tube and the Heathrow express. What sets the hotel apart is the service. The Exec lounge is fantastic, the best I have experienced in Europe. It's very spacious and comfortable. Never seemed to crowded. Breakfast was very good and evening menu excellent with free beer, wine and champagne for several hours. Special thanks to Elena from Austria one of the servers. Her friendly personality and enthusiasm was outstanding!
Special thanks to Anna the lobby hostess. After a long flight overnight arriving very early, she continued to monitor my room availability and sought me out to bring me my keys when ready. Outstanding service and much appreciated. When in London this should be your first choice.

“A wonderful stay”

I stayed 3 nights at the beautiful Grosvenor House J W Marriott hotel on Park Lane . Fantastic position from which to explore the sights of London, great service from all staff and a special thank you to Anna and Marta on the front desk who were very obliging and helpful at check in and checkout. My room was very comfortable, clean and lovely to come back to at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend this to travellers wanting a luxury stay in London.

“Professional service ”

I stayed at the Grosvenor for a business event which took place at the hotel too. The service was fantastic and the rooms immaculate. There is always someone on hand to answer any questions / queries. Check in and out was smooth and breakfast was delicious.
