Alfred Prasad was the youngest Indian chef to receive a Michelin star, he joined the team in 2001. Tamarind’s excellent menu continues to receive praise from guests and critics alike.

Tamarind’s dishes are based on traditional Moghul cuisine where bread, fish, meat and game are cooked in the authentic tandoor oven style of North West India. In addition to conventional favourites, executive chef Alfred Prasad regularly devises new and seasonal dishes to keep menus fresh and modern.
