At Alimentum, we cater for all tastes, from our affordable fixed price menu (starting at £18.50 for 2 courses), through to the a la carte, which delivers smart, contemporary dishes full of vibrant flavours.
The menu is best described as Modern European and is prepared with passion, integrity and originality by our talented brigade led by Chef Patron Mark Poynton.
We use slow cooking techniques to accentuate flavour and texture, often involving sub prime cuts that lend themselves to this style of cooking.
The menus are dictated by the seasons with the majority of our core ingredients sourced locally.
