Introducing Locks Windsor Terrace, bringing the best in modern Irish food to a much-loved venue in Dublin 8. The goal here is to warmly welcome our guests into one of Dublin's best dining rooms with an exciting and constantly evolving menu, extensive wine & cocktail list, great music and a laid-back atmosphere. Locals love this welcoming fire-lit restaurant, which sits in a glorious spot overlooking the canal. Upstairs we have beautiful private rooms perfect for parties, and our Head Chef Connor O'Dowd is happy to sit down with you and tailor a menu for your event.

I love this restaurant. Gives a great all round experience. You feel like you are somewhere very special. The click and collect is great value and most importantly very easy to prepare at home.

Cosy but stylish restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere. The food is top class - seasonal, well cooked, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious! The staff were friendly and so attentive and never let our glasses get too empty! And overall very good value for money. Highly recommend this lesser known hidden gem by the beautiful Grand Canal just minutes outside of the city centre. Will be back soon!!

"Fantastic"
Family celebration organised by my daughter and her boyfriend. We were in a private room upstairs with the xmas menu. The private room made it a very nice experience. Everything presented was excellent, snacks, mains, deserts, cheeses. Pheasant main is highly recommended. Staff were excellent and a special thank you for the Portuguese waiter.

"Cosy venue with excellent food"
Recently had a 3 course lunch in this cosy, hidden-gem of a restaurant. Set on the side of the grand canal, you get a nice view, warm service and an excellent quality of food. Given the quality, the price is very reasonable. The service was extremely warm and attentive. Can't wait to return.

"Wonderful meal"
We were celebrating my nephew's Graduation. Ten of us in a Private room upstairs. First thing to do is to compliment and thank Michelle for looking after us so well, fantastic.

Choice of starters were, Ox Tongue, Beetroot and Cevice of Seatrout, mains wwere Rump of Lamb (for two), Ribeye steak and Pollock, with desserts Mead jelly and chocolate, Peanut tart and a cheese platter.

All dishes were chosen around the group and were widely praised.

Thank you Locks again for a memorable day.

"Best food I have had in Ireland in quite some time"
An amazing find, beautifully decorated restaurant serving amazingly and lovingly cooked and presented food, had three sublime courses as had my partner. Brilliant value for the quality. Can't wait to return.

"Excellent food and service"
We went to locks for a meal after our small registry wedding. We had a private dining room upstairs and while we weren’t on the main floor, we were attended to so well. The food was so delicious and even the less adventurous among us enjoyed trying some new flavours. Worth every penny, will be going again!
